We don't talk about quality in general terms. We measure it, follow up on it, and adjust when it doesn't hold. This is where we gather our commitments and the principles that guide how we work.
Sustainability & environment
Sustainability isn't a separate project for us. It's part of how we plan and carry out every assignment.
We set requirements for ourselves and for our subcontractors. Every purchase is evaluated on environmental impact. We work actively to reduce waste and energy use in the offices we manage.
We choose suppliers who share our standards. We follow up to make sure they meet them.
Quality & how we work
We have standardised processes for everything we do. Not because it sounds good in a presentation, but because it's the only way to deliver consistent quality.
We set measurable goals per assignment. We follow up quarterly. Deviations are investigated and corrected. Every team member knows what's expected.
What we promise the client is what the client gets. Every day.
Work environment
Our people work in other companies' premises. That puts higher demands on us, not lower.
We carry out risk assessments regularly. We provide the right equipment and training. Incidents are investigated immediately.
But the work environment isn't only about physical safety. We work just as actively on wellbeing, psychological safety, and fair treatment. No one should have to tolerate harassment. This applies whether you work in our office or at a client's.
No one should be afraid to speak up.
Code of conduct
Our code of conduct applies to everyone who works for or represents ESM. Employees, consultants, subcontractors.
It describes how we act toward clients, toward each other, and toward the wider world. It covers business ethics, zero tolerance for corruption, equality, and respect. It applies from day one.
The code isn't a rule book. It's a description of who we want to be.

Occupational H&S
We work in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. That means we have an integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, aligned with international standards.
We aren't certified yet. Certification audit is planned for 2027. But the standards already shape how we work, how we measure, and how we improve.
Whistleblower reporting
If you suspect wrongdoing, regulatory breaches, or other serious misconduct, we want to know. You can always report anonymously.
Reports are received by a designated reviewer, never by the person being reported or their manager. Anyone who reports in good faith is protected from reprisals. That's the law, and it's our commitment.
