Whistleblower Reporting

Elite Service Management AB is committed to an ethical and law-abiding operation. If you suspect wrongdoing, regulatory breaches, or other serious misconduct, you should be able to report it — safely and confidentially.

Our whistleblower function is available to everyone — employees, consultants, clients, suppliers, and anyone else who comes into contact with our operations.

1. What can be reported?

The function is intended for reporting serious wrongdoing, for example:

  • Breaches of laws and regulations (Work Environment Act, GDPR, Environmental Code, AML, and others)
  • Bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest
  • Serious deficiencies in safety or the work environment
  • Discrimination, harassment, or abusive treatment
  • Financial irregularities or fraud

The function is not intended for general complaints, labour disputes, or personal conflicts. For such matters, please contact your manager or HR.

2. How do you report?

You can report through any of the channels below. You can always choose to remain anonymous.

3. How your report is handled

  • The report is received by a designated reviewer — never by the person being reported or their manager.
  • Confirmation is sent within 7 days if you've provided contact details.
  • The investigation is conducted confidentially — your identity is protected unless you've actively chosen to disclose it.
  • Feedback on actions is provided within 3 months to the extent possible and lawful.
  • All reports are logged and archived in accordance with the Swedish Whistleblower Protection Act (SFS 2021:890).

4. Your protection

Reprisals against anyone who reports wrongdoing in good faith are prohibited by law (SFS 2021:890) and are not tolerated by Elite Service Management AB. Anyone subjected to reprisals has the right to damages.

Your report is always handled confidentially. Personal data submitted in connection with a report is processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy, and is deleted when the matter is closed unless legal requirements demand longer retention.

We take every report seriously. Your courage to speak up protects all of us.

Personal data submitted here is handled under the Swedish Whistleblower Protection Act (SFS 2021:890) and our privacy policy. You can choose to be anonymous — simply leave name and contact fields empty.
