All our consultants are employed by us. But we know the right person sometimes becomes so important to your business that you want to keep them permanently.

That's why we offer a hire-to-perm model. After twelve months on assignment, you can recruit the consultant directly to your organisation for a transfer fee. By then you've worked together long enough to know it fits. The consultant has had time to understand your culture and processes.

It's a model that reduces risk for both sides.
