2. What data we collect and why

We only collect data needed for a clear and legitimate purpose. Each category is described below.

Contact forms and enquiries
When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your message. The data is used to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: deleted when your enquiry is resolved, at latest after 12 months.

Job applications and CVs
When you submit an application or speculative CV, we collect your name, contact details, CV, and cover letter. The data is used for recruitment purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest and consent. Retention: 12 months unless otherwise agreed, after which the data is deleted unless you've consented to longer retention.

Visitor management in client environments (reception)
At the receptions and office environments where we operate, we may register visitor names and visit times for security and access control. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security). Retention: normally 30 days, unless otherwise required by the client's premises.

Whistleblower reports
If you submit a report via our whistleblower function, we may collect your name and contact details if you choose to provide them, along with the information in your report. Reporting can always be done anonymously. Legal basis: legal obligation (Swedish Whistleblower Protection Act, SFS 2021:890). Retention: 5 years as required by law, after which the data is deleted.

Client relationships and contracts
In connection with client contracts, we process contact details for the client's representatives — name, email, and phone. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest. Retention: during the contract term and 7 years thereafter, in accordance with Swedish accounting law.

3. Do we share your data?

We never sell your personal data. We share data only in the following cases:

• With IT and system providers that process data on our behalf — always under a data processing agreement.
• With authorities when required by law, for example in an incident investigation reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
• We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without ensuring appropriate safeguards.

4. Your rights

You always have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you (subject access request).
• Request correction of incorrect data.
• Request deletion of your data, where there is no legal reason to retain it.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Request restriction of processing.
• File a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
