We founded the company in 2018 because we saw something missing in Stockholm's office services market. Large providers delivered volume. We wanted to deliver quality and presence.
How it started
Elite Facility Management AB started in 2018 in Stockholm. The idea was simple: office environments deserve service that holds — delivered by people who actually care.
We hired carefully, built clear processes, and set an ethical framework the whole business rests on. Then we started delivering. Day after day.
On 1 April 2026, we changed our name to Elite Service Management AB. The new name reflects the breadth of what we do today: service delivery and consulting under the same roof.

Elite Service Management is a growing company operating across greater Stockholm. We have a culture that puts our people at the centre. Our client relationships are measured in years, not months.
Josefina Löfstrand founded the company and runs it as CEO. The next generation joins soon. Two perspectives, same drive: to create a service culture where people and quality stand at the centre.
