We deliver with quality, take responsibility for the environment, and put people at the centre.
Elite Service Management AB delivers services in reception, events, conferences, facilities, and consulting in administration, HR, facility management, and leadership. This policy sets out our commitments for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. It applies to all employees, consultants, and partners operating within or on behalf of Elite Service Management AB. The policy is binding across the organisation and is available to clients and stakeholders on our website.
Quality
We deliver with high and consistent quality that meets or exceeds client expectations. We commit to:
- Working to standardised processes with measurable quality goals and structured deviation management.
- Ensuring competence and professionalism among employees, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Maintaining open dialogue with clients and actively building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Complying with applicable laws, industry requirements, and good professional practice, and continuously improving our operations.
Environment
Environmental work is an integrated part of how we plan and carry out every assignment. We commit to:
- Identifying and continuously reducing our environmental impact regarding transport, energy, materials, and chemicals.
- Setting verifiable environmental requirements in all procurement and following up on supplier environmental performance regularly.
- Complying with the Swedish Environmental Code and all applicable environmental laws, and setting and following up on measurable environmental goals.
Occupational health & safety
A safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment is a prerequisite for us to deliver world-class service. We commit to:
- Conducting systematic work environment management and performing regular risk assessments and safety rounds.
- Investigating and addressing incidents promptly and ensuring the right training and equipment for safe work.
- Actively working with organisational and social health — zero tolerance for abusive treatment.
Shared principles and responsibility
Preventive thinking, continuous improvement, and responsible suppliers permeate our entire operation. The CEO carries ultimate responsibility for ensuring the policy is followed. Managers and employees are each responsible for living up to the policy in daily work. Suppliers and partners are expected to meet our requirements per contract.
Goals and follow-up
We set measurable goals for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, followed up quarterly and at the annual management review. The policy is reviewed at least once a year. We are working toward certification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with planned audits during 2027.
